The Endurance Running Hypothesis

We evolved to be occasional runners, but we're mostly walkers. The endurance running hypothesis is not this idea that we evolve to just basely run around the landscape non stop 24 seven. And what we've argued in this endurance acto grandpare hypothesis is that we not only envolve to be physically active as we age, but that the physical activity itself helps us age well. It turns on mechanisms that prevent metabolic damage and mite conjural damage and keep us from high blood pressure. We eolv to be endurance physical athletes in general, and we evolve to do that as we age.
