i wanted to work at traderjos because i had heard from friends and other folks who had worked there in my acquaintance circle that it was a really flexible place to work for artists and writers. We don't have conveyor belts, which means that a lot of the work of packing and unpacking groceries, which we also do, that is is wear and tear in our bodies. And so we've asked for that because, over a long period of time, that leads to carpal tunnel that leads to other wrist issues, back issues. The company told us it rotates staff through different tasks to reduce the risk of repetitive stress injuries.
