So much of fear comes from worry you know we get triggered by something and then we get to go to worry. Worry is basically taking what if and following it by a negative statement. We want to reframe and and redirect our thoughts as quickly as possible so that we don't downward spiral. It's just allowing ourselves to feel like let our heart burst right open and and have tears of love and gratitude versus fear oh.
