Paul's letters are more of a walk in the spirit of righteousness and love, both Jew and Gentile. So that happens later on with the noahide laws within rabbinic Judaism. But that doesn't mean they're all of a sudden just one kind of homogenous reality. And so you get that like when Paul and Romans 3 says, what good is there in being a Jew? They've been entrusted with the oracles of God.
