I think I would definitely have, you know, embraced who I am a lot earlier. For my first few interviews, I tried to be so serious that I think I may have creeped out the interview is a little bit. If I'm going to use a little bit of humor, let me use alittle bit of humor in it sometimes. And just having that mentality and having those relationships was really beneficial as well.
