Is There a Reality Out There?
max says people use the word reality in very different ways. As a physicist, i ssume that there is something out there independent of me, is human. There's no doubt in my mind that our universe knows perfectly well what it's doing and functions in some way. We physicists have so far failed to figure out what that way is. And we're in this scitophanic situation, or we can't even make coon mechanics talk the relativity theory properly. It's simply a failure so far in our own creativity.
