When it comes to health, there's a lot of individual factors being played and comparing yourself to someone else is not an appropriate comparison. Someone can even have perfect physical body fat percentage look good, but really be having to be a poor health because of mental issues. So yes, I do agree the sentiment of loving yourself should be at the forefront when we get into fitness and health. But you know what? We can't just stopping there. It's really not loving yourself because you're not really trying to address these things that are going on in your life by focusing on them.
