Is Betterhelp a Scam?
The founder of Betterhelp, Alan Mattis, denied some of the accusations and called it drama purely for entertainment purposes. Mattis was so offended by the way the internet talked about his company that he really didn't do that, at least not in my opinion. He should have focused more on assuring these customers and explaining their hiring practices as opposed to criticizing how the internet works. And just a small trigger warning: We will be mentioning patients experiencing suicidal thoughts here.
