The Importance of UX in Interaction Design

I think this is a show that's going to get a lot of comments. I'm sure that not everybody agrees with it. As long as we're going with the term UX, which I probably are going to go with for quite a long time - and people hate it. And there was a lot of uproar when the UPA, the usability professionals association, changed their name to UXPA. Because not everybody identified themselves with the UX term either. But I think the reason they chose it is because of their realization that, well, the whole world fits into the term UX basically. So, from an association perspective, that's pretty good because then everybody's potentially a factor of that.
