After high school Becca decided she wanted to get a PhD in human factors psychology. She did some research about what she could do as a psychologist that was not clinical and found industrial organizational psychology or IOSychology. At the time, user experience wasn't like it existed in some forums but he had certainly never heard of it. So on a whim almost decided you were going to go get a PhD In Human Factors Psychology at Old Dominion University for your PhD. After graduating from ODU her career took off when she started working with health care companies.
