Is the Supreme Court Overstepping the Judiciary Process?
Jack brook: The supreme court is not supposed to legislate, and it has been for the p 50 as basically circumvented the process of of congress. So this is more going what they're saying is this needs to get sent back down to the state level to then get brought to federal legislation. Jack brook: It's not that it can't be passed into a law, it's that the process was wrong. He says there are seven states with no limit on when a woman can abhord.
