World weather attribution group says climate change likely increased the intense rainfall you saw. They say heavier rains are exactly what climate odels have been predicting and continue to predict. Pakeston did not create the problem of climate change. The government's own estimate is that it contributed less than one % of all the omissions that have created the warming we ave seen so far. Together, they've created almost half of all emissions.
