Exercise and Strength Training Can Help You Lose Weight

The first thing that you lose as you age is not strength, it's power. So once a week at least, you should be doing something fast. Once a week, get your heart rate up high for whatever that is for you. I would say probably twice a week on cardio but not as high of intensity. And even in the last show, we kind of dove deep into that as far as movement, mobility, hygiene and so much more.
