Laurie: I strongly recommend there was a JAMA paper published by Miguel Hernan, December 27th, 2022. This just came out and it's a beautiful overview for the clinician of thinking about a framework of target trials and causal inference. If you have questions, if you're thinking, hey, like this isn't being adequately addressed quite transparently, it probably isn't. Joel: Is that fair to say that we should not really trust the results of these kinds of studies? We should not get to Alred, just the plain vanilla regression kind of thing)? Laurie smiling.
