Changing the Tack Isn't the Most Important Factor After All

I think while we when we've been comparing notesand talking to colleges about where things have gone well on badly, we orfency organizations, ut theyre sort of stuck in this cycle of having repeated attempts. I don't think this is uncommon at all, thut they've had many attempts to get off legacy. And so this is why we think it's so important to call out organizational change. Maybe it's your org structure, maybe it's your leadership. T mean that you keep failing to get off o legacy, and maybe it's got nothing. Tech isn't the most important factor after all.
