How do you balance the roles of operator and venture creator? Well, i think balance is not something that i have on a dato day basis, every single daybut i would say importantly, that these are mutually reinforcing. The only way that you really learn how to build new companies in the venture space is to have built companies before. Success is defined by getting products over the finished line. And so a company has to do a lot of things after lunch, quite successfully and generally quite nimbly.
