In B2C my best friends are the finance team, they have so much information. We would take all of the granular data and present it back with a set of prioritized actions that are going to drive more growth. In quite a lot of cases it's really uncomfortable. Me telling a media agency that they've been sitting on their hands for five months taking their media fee and driving a cost per acquisition of three and a half thousand pounds isn't that tolerable?
