Turnout in California Primaries - What's the Concurrent?

There are a lot of variables in turnout, especially primary turnout. At this point, we just don't know what the presidential field is going to look like. Typically, in California primaries, turnout is around 50%. It can be higher. The Obama presidential primary was 57%. But if you use 50% as a very, very rough rule of thumb and you assumed that the electorate turned out evenly, it's probably not going to happen.
