President Putin today has backed a plan to set up a joint military training centre in Belarus as fears mount that mince could enter the Ukraine conflict to fight with Moscow. Olaf Shultz on his first trip to South America, and there's been another continuation of this theme - he was frustrated by Brazilian president Lula when talking about Ukraine. And just one more update -- former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave an interview where he said Russia should be 'putting down its arms', which would be very strongly denounced by Western countries.
