How to Get a Dynamic Mice for a Podcast, or a Condenser Mice?

The high p r forty is a dynamic mike, which means that you pretty much have to be right on top of it in order for it to pick you up. The blue ball is actually a condenser mike, and so it'll pick up more of the ambient noise.
