Top athletes in the world are didrated when they've finish the bit. For some of them ten, 11 hours out there, they are going to be deidrated. The faster you run, the higher your body temperature. It's only at that point that it becomes physiologically detrimental. But once we are exercising, as i've mentioned, the set points change. Do these things don't pass muster when you actually apply them to the real world? In fact, what humans have evolved to do is probably s a consequence of what has happened before.
