Deep Sea Mining

Two years from now, when the first deep sea bed mining occurs, we unearth the alien civilization that has been here the whole time. The marine eco system is already at a crisis point and it is part of a larger, interconnected system. It doesn't exist on its own. But that's where we are, aren't we?
