When you're offline, there's not really any reasoning that you can do with your brain. So instead we want to create safety in our bodies. We want to get back online. You can do this through breathing exercises, just focusing on your breathing. Tapping, EFT tapping is where you tap specific places in your body and you do a little bit. It's like meditation while tapping. If you're in a meditation, can be a great tool for this. Going on a walk or a run or something just to regulate and help yourself get backOnline.
