Most environmental agreements, ye, you cond to look at the terms. They're spelled out. Countries go home and they implement them,. And paris just needs so much help from the outside world. The commitments are not spelled out rso countries need eel, politically, economically, whatever, in ther position to increase their natshe determined contributions. You're going to have possible conflicts with the trade regime. If countries get more and more ambitious, their measures could easily bump up against trade rules. So you're going to need some kind of accommodation there. In fact, i thinkt paris agreement needs lots of help from beyond the paris agreement.
