How to Deal With Distraction in Relationships

If you have a partner who is constantly distracted from a conversation that you're having, and sort of zones out for a little while and then comes back, you can. That partner should be able and have permission to do so. A way to get around that particular issue is to create blocks of time where the where you schedule literally blocks o time to attend to each other. And walking happens to be very good a for calming the ad h g mind. So if you have difficulty finding time to talk about difficult topics, for example, because one partner is very distracted, we're going to walk for an hour.
