The Importance of Time in Filmmaking

I watched Reality and their approach to making the movie was really interesting because the dialogue is verbatim what was recorded. I had my feelings as to whether this was working or not, but because I'm waiting and I'm waiting for what is going on, what's the reveal? But the fact that I was waiting for it means it was working. Because it was keeping me in suspense. And yeah, just playing around with time, playing around with style, love it.
