If Rachel Maddow testifies, I absolutely saw the political article, but has no supporting documentation whatsoever. If suppose you have nothing specific, something that might help you survive a motion for summary judgment would be if you had some other piece of evidence indicating that there's a reason to believe that MSNBC's on air talent will exaggerate or retroactively date their stories. She just can't be proved the other like it. That's exactly or again, not definitively more likely than not. It feels to me like, definitionally, you could never say that.
