The dichotomy of leadership. I personally think that that book is like extreme ownership on fucking steroids man. The opposite of that is you're too hands off with your people and they don't even know what's happening. So these are the different dichotomies that you as a leader have to balance. And absolutely if I would have known this 20 years ago when I was starting in leadership inside the SEAL teams. That my world would have been a much better leader for sure, man.
