The private sector hasn't been impacted by c t at all, in the sense that reverse repo balances are up. Bank reserves are basically unchanged since the start of june. The treasury general account has fallen by essentially an equivalent amount to what's to the rise in the reverse repos facility. And then other deposits af the fed have fallen by about 30 billion dollars and that is depo s from like multi national organizations or other official type organizations.
