National Ag Day - What's Good About Our Industry?

We use less natural resources per calory of food produced than has ever happened in the history of humans. For 99 hundred years, we we were basically ruled by scarcity. Now we have surpluses ereamazing. Even the poorer people in places like north america still have food. The good is that we continue wedot sen our laurels to get better. I see more an adherence to soil practices than i have ever seen. To be all about conservation with certain land and farming practices you had to understand why you had to do it. That's what i'm still excited about.
