Cutting off screens before going to bed, because a big part of screens is not the actual looking at the screen. Hamping up our motions when we're watching exciting t v show or playing a video game and reading just terrible news,. scrolling is not helpful for going to bed. The tricky thing is is the relbate and the re calebration so often, it would almost see better to have a recalebration once a quarter porses as frequently as you're doing it.
