The Spacecraft's Oxygen Tank 2 Is Supposedly Empty

Oxygen tank 2 is supposedly completely empty. That means half of the astronauts oxygen is suddenly gone and they're not even close to halfway through the mission. The spacecraft also pumps oxygen and hydrogen into fuel cells where electrodes spark a process that forms water. And energy that's converted into electricity, all in all, the hydrogen and oxygen tanks are critical to every life support system on the ship.
