Is It a Shard Plate?

There's a lot of speculation on the internet that this is shard plate, like original shard plate. We know that for caladan, the wind spren will become hisshard plate. So what i'm thinking here is that these geometric shapes that were outlining jasna could possibly be the lesser spren that were like popping around her in geometric shapes. But i'm also interested if it could be something else entirely. I don't know what spren they would be sprin athematics or something,. tat was like trying to build into, or was on the edge of building into, shard plate which is fourth ideal.
