The suicide rate in the construction industry is so high, it's been documented. The majority of interviews I do when I talk to company leaders is that they didn't know there was a problem. We have got some companies that are doing great things but in general, nobody knows we have a problem. That's what I'm trying to educate people and that's the message I'm getting up.
