COVID - Is There Any Concoction Theory That Didn't Just End Up Being True?

The New York Times says that mask mandates didn't work and how we can learn from that. At this point, are there any conspiracy theories that were born during COVID that didn't turn out to be completely true? I actually struggled to think of even one. The Twitter files when Elon Musk, you know, took ownership of Twitter and he released Twitter files revealed how much collusion there was with the government and big pharma and social media to keep these truths from you. As of now, there's just no conversation happening about that.
