I think education is just broken for everybody at the moment, so it's not even a poor person. But if you fix all that and you make sure that any individual has the tools of success, they can select systemic racism. What would be a better way to dismantle systemic racism than to have a disproportionate number of Black young people get the tools to become rich and successful? That's the best way to fight it. If you don't make an individual invulnerable, it's going to be hard to get a long-term gain.
