RAS is a really powerful thing to even just be aware of. When we become aware of those filters, we begin to then be able to remove them and consciously choose what is actually aligned. For me, my nervous system never learned how to deal with stress and to return back to that safe space because all of the adults around me, they themselves couldn't deal with stress either. They were locked in their own survival mode. Their nervous system and neuroception was literally seeing a threat at every corner. So I absolutely think we will dedicate a future section or a future episode, I should say, to this deepening this exact conversation.
