One Bad Mother on Maximum Fun Dot Org

This week we're talking about a reader email we got that we're going to keep anonymous. The author's inaccuracies and ignorance with regard to everything from geography to stereotypes of the boroughs are downright insulting. Is it completely pointless to write a letter to the editor of a best seller, pointing out everything that got wrong in the book? I'd love to hear your opinions and advice on this.
