Aereal: My first purchase was a 19 twenties home in northern grand rapids, michigan. It had been abandoned and looked like something you'd see on a hor movie. We turned it into a b plus property in a b location. And then from there, i got another one a few months later,. Then another one, maybe six or so, seven months later. Some of these were building. So some of hem had multiple units within the building. But we really refurbished those places from kind of lower o hot. I allit lik a c property.
