Keeping an Accomplishment List

i've had those years of my life go by where i'm just like, what did i do thise like? And one tactic for that that i personally love to do is keep an accomplishment list. There's the weekly level, where if you feel like you're treading water and you're not making any at all, just write down everything you accomplish. The second one is the general one, where you capture ten, 15, 20 things throughout the year that you're able to accomplish. It's such a wonderful reminder that were you usually more productive than we think we are.
