The Tender Defender

Women value men who are sensitive and intelligent and caring, but then they also value in the same man a lot of times, men who are strong and can be aggressive at the right times. It's called in psychology, it's called the tender defender, which I'm sure you know, like I don't have to tell you very nice. That's what Jeff Miller calls it. People who are clever and funny and linguistically adept tend to be attractive to women. Why should that be? Well, perhaps there's a bit of a sexual selection tendency going on there as well.
