The Disadvantages of Cocks Two Selective NSAIDs
The physician community was misled a lot by drug advertising back and like the late 90s where This whole idea that will somehow side effects are much better with these selective cocks inhibitors Really was found out to be not true. There's been a lot of work done in this area and the suggestion that the even scheduled use of NSAIDs leading to subsequent bleeding is probably unfounded. Therefore I would probably advocate for the use of a non-selective cocks inhibitor or you know Cellobrex in the preoperative area. But again, I think what we've written into most of these guidelines being you know Cellococciib specifically is really speaking to to that viewpoint.
