Farming at Slurry - What Do You Miss?

I think what we miss is how unpredictable and hard it is to get that food there. Even with the giant, my parents are a small family farm court of operation. The amount of work that goes into getting anything to market is phenomenal. And then when you add in the fact that food is perishable, refrigerated, train cars and trucks... It's just mind bogglingHow complex it is toget carrots unless they were grown.
