What Is Hearsay?

Hearay is anything that is not said in oral evidence, which is truth of the matter stated. If i get to court and say it now, i didn't, and you say, ye did, cause you wrote down on this piece of paper that you damaged the car. That's hearsay. But then when you get er, when you get the notion that it's particularly egregious, then that the more severe it is, the higher the burden of proof. So again, when it came about with er, because a confession canon usually can be and usually is hearsay.
