How to Develop a Good Communicator

So much of what they're doing is in small groups with pastoral care, learning how to counsel through the scriptures and lead through the scriptures. We gather every Tuesday as, as an entire staff where, you know, there's a Q and A they ask questions. And then we do a play by play page by page feedback. I take that outline that they've spoken into and I, and I reshape it and then preach it three times on Sunday.
