The Limits of Environmental Critique of Crude Oil
The BP oil spill for me was the seed that germinated into the book. I showed up on the Gulf Coast like many news crews actually and thought it would be a kind of a parent oil spill. One of the most curious things to me was that at some point the EPA was not responding to the oil spill that was happening right in front of them.
