Are You Single 25 Year Old or Married 35 Year Old?
As people realize that remote work is here to stay, they reconceptualize what they want from a city once they have a family. It makes sense for the 25 year olds to stay in the urban corps and for urban course to maybe get younger. But if you're 35, you might say, all right, i work at idm. I work at the atlantic, work at box. Now that means the agglomeration link is broken,. And i can make my decision based on a menu of factors such as where my friends live.
