I'm usually thinking, well, if this is easy, that means the customer could get bored, right? And so how do you do something fun for your customers next? What can you do to make it interesting for them on going? Because you can never really let that slip. You don't want people to get bored with your offer, with your brand. We are constantly launching new products, whether it's shoes or cosmetics. And we do collaborations with different people who are, you know, elite in their industry and try to bring better and better... I guess that's how we grow.
