The Obama administration has authorized giving out 30 million dollars worth of free crack pipes as part of a safe smoking programme. Are we spreading diseases by putting our mouths on crackpipes? Is that a thing? I don't know if anybody, i don't remember reading any stories of people getting hepotitus or h i v from sharing crack pipes with each other.
