i don't think that if you brought back the office of technology assessment, doubled the number of congressional staff and made sure they all had ph g, sm, m i t, you'd actually see any more action regarding these issues. The bigger problem, and this feeds into clerosis, isunless personally brought into the whole, white governments incompetent. Therefore that's the problem. I is think there's no actual consensus in our society.
